Two working days
Every quote request gets a topology plan and a number within two working days. Briefings are held by the operations desk, not by sales.

Shadow deployment first
No hardware and no commitment: the engine runs against your existing telemetry and shows what it would have flagged. You decide with evidence.

Your data, your paper
Telemetry, events and bathymetry contributions remain the property of the programme. Fleet contracts run on your procurement terms and security questionnaire.

Annual or per-season invoicing, purchase orders accepted, academic and public research programmes priced on request.

Limits, cancellation, ownership and governance, answered plainly. Anything else: the operations desk answers within two working days.
Q01 Is hardware included in the monthly price?
Moorings, relay buoys and pressure hulls are leased as part of the tier. Recovery, refurbishment and consumables (O-rings, ballast) are included in Expedition and Fleet; Survey programmes are invoiced at cost.
Q02 What happens if we need more moorings than our tier allows?
The console keeps accepting them. You are notified at 90 % of the tier, and the next invoice moves you to the tier that fits, pro rata. Nothing is switched off in the water.
Q03 Can we cancel between seasons?
Yes. Tiers are billed annually or per season; a programme that pauses for a season keeps its log, its bathymetry model and its topology for eighteen months at no charge, so the array resumes where it stopped.
Q04 What does the shadow-sm deployment involve?
We connect the Bathys engine to your existing telemetry feed, or to a historical export, and show you every event it would have opened, with the lead time it would have given you. No hardware is deployed, and the report is yours to keep.
Q05 Do you offer academic or public-research pricing?
Yes. University programmes, public agencies and consortia receive a research rate on Survey and Expedition, and Fleet contracts are priced per programme. Ask for it in the quote request.
Q06 Can we run the console offline on our vessel?
Yes, on every tier. The own-vessel mode runs the full console without an uplink; events, logs and model versions synchronize when the vessel is back in range.
Q07 Who owns the data?
You do. Telemetry, events and bathymetry contributions remain the property of the programme that collected them. Bathys retains anonymized array statistics to improve the models unless you opt out.
Q08 How are model updates governed?
Every model ships through the secure CLI with a version, a diff and a shadow-sm mode. You choose when to apply and can roll back in one command. Nothing changes in production without an operator applying it.
